sprinkle with salt and pepper both sides
place in glass dish and sprinkle on balsamic vinegar, worstershire sauce, garlic powder
let rest 1 hour
turn
let rest 1 hour
heat grill to high
place on grill
turn in 4 minutes
remove after 3 more minutes
let rest 5 minutes
slice on diagonal thinly
enjoy
