add some oil
heat 1 pkg frozen spinach till softened
add 1 diced onion and cook
add bottle spaghetti sauce (your choice)(but spicy ones are better)
make 4 openings in mixture
add eggs
cook till eggs are almost firm
broil till done
top with some shredded parmesan
