12-26-2011 added green peppers and onions sauteed before hand, and added diced ham, good, but the ham was lost so maybe bacon and some more seasoning

12-11-2011 pretty good for first try, needs some more seasoning, maybe add chopped peppers or jalapenos

take large frypan with cover
add 1/3 cup oil
heat
add 1 bag oreida hashed browns
cover and cook 5 minutes and turn
cover and cook 4 minutes
sprinkle on 1 chopped onion
sprinkle on 1 8 oz bag shredded cheese ( i used cheddar)
break 8 eggs on top (not in 1 place!)
cover and cook till eggs are done
cut in to wedges and top with bruschetta
