3-6-19 so we had this huge can of mushrooms!

1 can of mushrooms from ocean state job lot, 68 oz, drained
melt a stick of butter in pot
add 2 chopped onions and 2 minced garlics, cook 5 minutes
add 2/3 of the mushrooms cook 5 minutes
add 1/2 c flour
stir in
add 4 c mushroom broth ( or use beef or chicken broth which might be better)
cook some
add 3 c milk
add 1 1/2 t salt
add 1 1/2 t pepper
add 1 t dill
add 2 t smoked paprika
add 1 t worcestershire
cook some
add 1/3 c lite sour cream
add 2 tb lemon juice
cook some
hit withimersion blender until smooth
add remaining mushrooms
cook some
stop cooking
eat
