4-28-13 very good, easy, if breasts are large cut in half lengthwise before pounding

pound 2 smallish chicken breasts to 3/8 inch
salt and pepper
dip in flour

heat oil in pan
add chicken
cook first side
turn
add wine, lemon juice and capers
cook second side
remove chicken and keep warm
cook down sauce till somewhat thickened

serve chicken topped with sauce
