pound 2 boneless pork loins any fat removed to 3/8 inch
salt and pepper
dip in flour

heat oil in pan
add pork
cook first side
turn
add wine, lemon juice and capers
cook second side
remove pork and keep warm
cook down sauce till somewhat thickened

serve pork topped with sauce
