2-10-20 great, easy quick breakfast

partially fill 12 muffin muffin pan with some cheese and some meat ....your choice
fill cup with 1/12 of an 11 oz egg beater container
cook at 350 for 20 minutes till puffy and done
cook longer if you are using silicone pan

refrig as needed
just micowave for 1 minute to reheat and perhaps top with 1/3 oz cheese and or some chili sauce
