*** 2-6-06 pretty good and cleaned out the frig! *** 1 pkg prepared pizza dough left over roast (pot roast or something well cooked so you can shred it) bbq sauce left over mashed potatoes sliced red onion marinated red peppers prep the dough as indicated on pkg, spread out on floured surface shred the meat and add the barbeque sauce for a pulled pork/beef texture spred the meat mixture on dough leaving 1.5 inch border put mashed potatoes in plastic bag, cut off a corner and squeeze around edges of pizza dough add sliced red onions in top of meat mixture add pepper slices (or some other garnish) if you wish cook as directed, probably about 10-15 minutes in preheated 400 oven Exported from Home Cookin 5.4 (www.mountain-software.com)
