cook 6 oz chopped bacon
add 1 red, 1 green, 1 yellow pepper coursely chopped
add 3 regular onions coursely chopped
add 1/2 jar green pimento stuffed olives
add shredded pork leftover (about 2 1/2 pounds)
add 1 jar sliced jaalpenos drained
add 2 cans black beans drained
add 2 cans kidney beans drained
add garlic powder
add ancho chili powder
add 4 tb brown sugar
add 4 tb brown mustard
add bottle beer
cook for a while
add 2 can smoked diced tomatoes
add 1 can stewed tomatoes
cook a while
