large onion
red pepper
eggplant
zucchini or other
tomatos
garlic

heat oil in oven proof skillet
cook onions and garlic till onion soft
add peppers and cook
add eggplant and squash and cook
add tomatoes and cook stirring so well mixed
add italian seasoning and total seasoning
stir well and cook some

top with mozzerella and cook until slightly softened
broil till browned in spots
serve
