Instructions *** 8-28-2011 very good, added 3/4 bottle sweet baby rays bbq sauce this time, different.... *** 2.5 # ground beef 8 italian sausages cut in to 1 " pieces 1 pkg sliced pepperoni, slices cut in 1/2 2 jars spaghetti sauce (cheap stuff like hunts is fine or use whatever) 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 large onion coarsely chopped 2 peppers coarsely chopped 6 tb italian seasoning 3 tb dried basil 3 tb dried oregano 1 tb dried rosemary 3 tb chopped garlic 6 dried bayleaves cook beef till brownish, add sausage and pepperoni cook till beef looks sort of done (brown pink) add onion and peppers cook till onions a little translucent add spices simmer 30 minutes add tomatoes and pasta sauces simmer 30 minutes serve over pasta (duh!)
