2 cans minced clams
1 can chopped clams
1 can crab meat
1 med onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1 lg pepper chopped
1 andouille sausage chopped
4 tb butter
4 tb parm grated
1/4 t salt
dash pepper
dash worcestershire
12 ritz crackers
3 slice good white bread
1 tb butter melted
butter for topping
paprika

empty cans and save juices
put ritz aand bread thru food processor
cook onion celery pepper in 4 tb butter till tender, not brown
stir in cheese and seasoning
stir in andouille
cook
add breads
stir
stir in clams
add enough clam juice to make cohesive
spoon mix in to clam shells
top with pat of butter and paprike
bake 350 for 15 minutes
