Instructions *** 1/17/21 excellent, keep getting better.... *** 4 cans minced clams 1 can chopped clams 1 med onion chopped 3 stalks celery chopped 1 lg pepper chopped 1 5" piece pepperoni chopped 4 tb butter 6 tb parm grated 1/4 t salt dash pepper dash worcestershire 12 ritz crackers 6 slice good white bread, use crusts if you have them 1 tb butter melted butter for topping paprika empty cans and save juices put ritz aand bread thru food processor cook onion celery pepper in 4 tb butter till tender, not brown stir in pepperoni cook stir in cheese and seasoning cook add breads stir stir in clams add enough clam juice to make cohesive spoon mix in to clam shells bake 350 for 15 minutes top with pat of butter and paprika while still warm This recipe published with BigOven, and can be imported instantly by BigOven users.
