clam shells preferable larger shells
51 oz can small whole clams chopped, liquid reserved
4 oz butter cut into pats
4 tb minced garlic
salt and pepper
16 oz chorize or linguice skinned and chopped
2 cups minced onion
2 cup minced red pepper (can use green red is prettier)
1.5 cup minced celery
2 cup grated parmesan
1 bag stuffing with herbs
old bay seasoning
lemon

mix garlic, salt, pepper,sausage,onion,minced pepper, celery,
parmesan
add clams
add stuffing and mix thoroughly, adding reserver liquid to get the
right consistancy
pack into clam shells
sprinkled with old bay
put pat of butter on top

bake at 350 for 10 minutes (or longer)
garnish with parsley and slice of lemon
