12-19 have made this many times, always probably different, also could be chicken , then just cut back on the other ingredients

clean up the turkey bones but no need to do it too well
put in a big pot and cover with water
cook-simmer for hours
drain broth and pick contents for meat and add back to the broth, you will probably get quite a bit
add some of the left over turkey if more meat is needed
simmer pot
add
bag frozen corn
bag frozen peas
bag frozen peppers
bag of whatever other frozed veg sounds good
sautee some onions, and carrots and celery and add that
add some tuscan seasoning or whatever sounds good to you
add salt and pepper
add what ever else you have that is left over and sounds like it might be good
add some wild mixed rice mix ( or bugar or whatever grain you like)
simmer
